I am Ask A Chola. You can call me "Chola". I am a new media artist/cultural critic/anarchist/blogger/chola who resides in LA. I make videos that some people think are funny. Sometimes I am in American and Mexican magazines and on TV. I spend a lot of time on Myspace.

I am interested in historical revisionism. I believe that the Chola has systematically been written out of Western history and I'm determined to write her back in (006, 007, 023).

I believe in affirmative action for pirates (017).

Subcomandante Marcos is my ex-novio (009). I put out political comunicados with certain demands that must be met, including this one to the Frito-Lay Corporation (014).

Educational videos are something I will always return to (010, 011, 012, 013, 032).

I am part Sith Lord (018, 021).

I am a spoken word poet (024, 025).

I have dabbled with my own moralistic, self-righteous daytime talk show (028).

My bandana is green because global warming is something that concerns me (022). I have just launched my own environmental awareness campaign.
